Larina showed no fear in taking on the property even though it did not sell the first time with a different agent. She laid out a specific plan with all of the options and explained them in detail. Then she executed our choice with perfection. Her team is very much up-to-date on the current market trends, and what people want to see in a home. Her team also has a strong digital marketing strategy. Her market analysis was also stellar. We were very impressed. After we put the house on the market, Larina continued to adapt, and make suggestions all the way through closing to make sure that the deal went through.
